Return Policy
For EU purchases, a 14-day return period starts upon product receipt. No returns, refunds, or order changes are accepted on non-EU orders.
Right of Complaint (reklamationsret): Within two years of receival of products there is a right of complaint on any flaws on products not caused by wear and tear. Unique art products are not covered by this right of complaint.
All sales are final, and refunds are case-dependent. If a refund is accepted, it covers only the product cost, excluding shipping fees and international duty/tax. Refunded credit card amounts are in USD at the prevailing exchange rate. If you have order concerns please contact us at store@thomasdambo.com within 30 days of placing the order or 15 days post-delivery.

Orders are for personal use only, not resale. We may refuse orders without explanation.
Shipping
We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers bear additional shipping fees for re-shipping. Buyers handle claims with the shipping carrier.
